When you do them this way they become more fluffy vs rolling the twist. You can find videos “fluffy twist” “ fluffy kinky twist”

I love your kinky twists installation tutorials! You and Afrikan Hair God's tutorials are the best! I installed my twists about a month ago and just refreshed the perimeter this week. I used aloe juice in water and shea butter mix. Your twists look beautiful!

This worked so well! Thank you for the tutorial! Still need to work on making them tighter but this is an easy protective style I don't mind doing myself from now on in between trips to the pros

I’m allergic to braiding hair. I saw somewhere that soaking it in vinegar and water first helps. Have you heard of that? Will it ruin this hair?
DutchessSarahJ yes, you can do this. Soak the hair, then rinse it with plain water and let it dry completely. It will wash the chemicals off, which it probably what you're allergic to. The hair will not be ruined. 😊

This is the only "Marley" hair i use.
These are so frustrating to twist with bc they keep getting tangled up or tangled with my hair 😂 thanks for the tutorial!
A twist oil and hot water will do the trick also. It will give it a Senegalese look instead of the big bulky ugly look.
