What is the monthly fee (HOA we call it)? How do you even begin looking for a modern apartment with amenities in Bangkok like this? Or something similar to rent.
If possible could you have some vdo of detach house? And it would be more good for the info of foreigner to invest.. such as trick like parter with biz partner but sign the consign of the protection of ownership or how can find a Thai wife 😂
