This one hit the spot for me and I know I'm getting there, slowly, but surely. When you were talking about belief, I was reminded of the old saying,'If you think you can't, you can't. If you think you can, you can. Either way, you're right'. Thank you, Dan. This one was a gem.
I also think that unlearning lifelong behaviors, patterns, ways of perceiving the outside world, your own inside world etc takes more time then taking/ learning them
from childhood..
They were a part of the old persona.. creating a new more adaptive healthy persona takes time , repetition, patience, selfcare, selflove..
And like you said Dan : the symptoms will shift as the end result of this whole process..

Wish I could use my imagination positively with regards to the what ifs.
Serious sinus issues eyeball felt like it'd burst. Where did I go, down the maybe it's a brain tumour! Seriously. Well today that eye so much better. The other side feels inflamed 🙄and a headache to boot.
So much outside stress re probate etc and it's bringing up traumatic stuff. I need that conversation with myself "you know why this is happening, it's not dangerous" etc etc.
I need to break free from these shackles . thanks for the message 🙏
Dealing with probate & the court system is so stressful. It digs up painful memories. In addition, the court & the players involved are just not fair & lie. Just focus on in visioning after it's all over & done with. Let go of wanting to control the situation.
Its clear Neutral is not enough...one has to become POSITIVE LOVING COMPASSIONATE and HAPPY. This requires a different set of skills tips and strategies that id like to see more of in this channel ❤

I just found you on Tuesday. I’ve been binge watching your videos . Been feeling better the past few days after going to emergency on Monday with body pain and massive headache. All my bloodwork was fine . Today started feeling crappy again. It’s a marathon not a sprint. So much to learn and so much to unlearn but I HAVE to do this.

I'm just getting worse sadly. I have to sit alone in silence and I'm still getting painful stabbing and burning in my ears. I have tried the methods and nothing seems to be helping. I can't just live my life as sound is everywhere

I have ‘long COVID’ symptoms and I tend to move too fast because I believe and then get thrown back because I feel like I did too much..
In the successtories you will find people who recovered from Long COVID and their strategies.. maybe this would help you out..
To think in your mind that sure you have symptoms, but it's leaving your body daily
Drop the "long COVID" label automatically comes with fear. Our bodies recover from illnesses. Fear is the fuel. 🙏
@@1STBUCKLEY Sorry, that's not right, and it does disservice to those with heart, lung and blood vessel damage due to covid. These are not anxiety issues, these are demonstrable on MRI and angiogram. I've had physical effects from 2020, and fear had nothing to do with it. I was a fit strong working individual, with no health concerns until post March 2020. I'm fortunate, I'm not having to use supplemental oxygen. Unless you have personal experience it's not really appropriate to counsel others about theirs.
Hi Jelmer. Your name sounds like you're Dutch, just like me. I'm also retraining my brain to get rid of severe post-covid symptoms and I have the same question as you. How can we retrain our brain, making steps forward and prevent ourselves from having huge setbacks that damage our faith in the process.
Hi Dan, feels like this message was for me :) So, one question... if the lyme herbs got me from 10% to 80% and the the progress stopped... does it mean that i I want to get to 100%, I have to stop the herbs? I already decided this is TMS, but there is still that little doubt... due to the horrible symptoms, it is too scary for me to risk to go off the herbs... Would decreasing them help or I just have to go off? What would you advise? (Of course I will do as I will feel like :))
