What are chance we can switch from support to developer or data analyst role And avoid getting work in legacy software (aka super old useless technology). How's the increasement in it like someone said after 3ys, only 1 time per yr salary appraisal happen (while in wipro it happen every 6 month) And Do Shastra University MCA degree Tcs provide hold any value like in Other MNCs companies where for certain roles they demand BE/Btech in eligibility along with experience, Do Tcs distance MCA degree holder can switch? Also how's the work environment like Do there's too much bad politics, bad managers, rmg, tech lead?
