We use caution not to fall off and are on the lookout for alligators while paddling. I promise, the neighborhood of Horizons is flood zone "X" - at least at this point in time :) Anything can change. I just closed a home here today and no flood insurance required for a mortgage! However, there are a few homes in Summers Corner (outside of Horizons) that are flood zone "AE". Thanks for watching!

No matter the cost, HOA ends my interest in any area. My gosh, just look at unwarranted rise in HOA charges in the Florida areas and the abuse of the funds by HOA managers. They don’t provide value but just another way to suck more money out of the tennant
