It appears as though most of these videos are people using PC’s. Using a console, it is quite a bit slower. The movement of the operator when using a console is way less smooth, and the recoil isn’t as noticeably flat. It can be controlled however this smoothness displayed here is way to linear. Most console players I’ve seen are somewhat herky jerky, not as laser like. Could be a testament to many hours played. Most players allow aim assist to maintain this role. It’s noticeably different from a console one to the other PC’s. There is, by the looks of it, a slight advantage in using a pc. Appears to be slightly easier to control those aspects. Just an observation.
