Must thank you and the other pro bowling you tubers for inspiring me. Have not bowled in a PBA regional event in 30 years, have not bowled league in 25 years, and bowled the 1st time in 18 years on April 1 , 2024. I was using my brothers old reactive resin bowling ball and the thumb hole was way too small, the shoes were brand new. On top of that i cannot trust getting down with more knee bend, considering i weigh 50 pounds more now, than when i was bowling regularly . So with all that i cannot keep my hand under the ball cuz my thumb might not come out the hole. Never felt comfortable the entire 3 games, 1st game i shot 160, 2nd game i shoot 140, those 2 games i am trying to play more of a outside shot , in the 3rd game i finally made the huge adjustment and moved 10 boards left w/feet and 6 w/ target. I did shock myself having a clean game and stringing not quite team 8 bagger. but did string 6 strikes in a row and ended up with 243. Best of all i got it on video, weird seeing yourself on video the 1 st time. So now my plan is getting body in better shape, joining leagues and seeing how far i can actually comeback. Working on the arsenal right now, going to pick up phaze 2 tomorrow, trying to fill in the arsenal with the GOAT bowling balls.Up here in Bard and Kyle`s neighborhood of Ofallon Missouri Hello to everyone Go BOwling !

Mark Roth and Marshall Holman were amazing doubles partners which makes Packy's statement true about the emotions. Someone to ride the emotional roller coast and one who can stay chill.
YO, I have 3 of those NeeDoh cubes; one of each color. They are very nice, and it doesn't explode when I squeeze it like most of those type products lol.

For me? The best doubles partner is one who will bowl good to great as well as can help you if you aren't bowling good to great. Oh yeah, and if they aren't fun, well the first one doesn't matter. Gotta have fun while you're winning, right?
I have great results when I bowl doubles with my buddy who throws left because I like to tear up that right hand side mad revs son!!!!
I’ve bowled with people and we had no communication and no chemistry and we did terrible. But when I bowled with a person that did communicate and I had fun with we did way better. You definitely need chemistry with your teammate. That goes for all sports

Hey Packy, since you wear Dexter, I'm wondering which slide sole you use? I just got a pair of SST8s and they came with s8 which I'm finding way too sticky. I put s9 on my old shoes and even then, I still stuck at my alley here and there. Thinking about moving to s10.
Well, honestly, when it comes to doubles partner, I prefer to be with somebody that is going to be very positive, and then have strong connections and help each other of support

Being related doesn’t hurt. I’ve bowled 4 youth/adult tournaments with my great-nephew and we won the 2022-2023 for Fairfield County.
