On my app on the left upper corner it always says remote control:off , I can’t turn it on. Couldn’t you please help me?

You have to turn the dial of the washer to downloaded program and then press the remote control button on the washing machine (it’s the button to the far right beside the start button) the app is a bit rubbish so haven’t used it myself in a long time but hopefully that should help :)

@@Washerboy2006 I have the same problem, and everything is done like you said. On my Samsung everything was working perfect, but on the iPhone I have this problem
