I had the same problem and all I did is purchase a plastic water diverter that slips onto the water gutter in the front and the plastic diverter has a 90 degree bent to get the water to run down the windshield I never had any water leaks ever since
My Jeep is a 2015 Sahara the plastic gutters are called Rain diverters ABS Drip rain extensions exterior rain gutters JL JLU than the year of your Jeep Amazon sells them and a pair is around $29 US
Traded in my 2018 Willys Unlimited just for this reason. Freaking brand new vehicle and dealing water leaks. Had to shop vac the floors every time it rained. Had weather stripping put in etc and still had leaks. I realize it's a vehicle that is supposed to be rugged by what the hell?
My 02 TJ has never leaked till I got a new door seal to make it quieter and now the passenger side leaks. I'm going to try another new door seal of a different brand first because this one is not exactly like the driver door that I replaced 8 years ago and it does not leak. They are only $60.00 so why is this kit so expensive? Mine leaks even if I ducktape the entire door before it rains.
The Wrangler leaks are f*cking ridiculous. Absolutely no excuse for Chrysler not to have solved 30 years ago. List of annoying Wrangler issues is long, but this is number 1 for me.
@@mosusumedikenneth5203 ummm, yes they do. I have the factory premium soft top and it leaks like crazy at the top front of the doors. Hoping this fix will work
How I loved my 2016 jk...when it wasn't raining. I traded it in after 2 years of dealing with leaks and spending hours of my time and money. This fix came too late for me.
Spent $2600 at the dealership to fix the leak. It still leaks. Now I don’t trust them. I might as well spend another $300 on your product. How come you’re not offering a two door kit and a four door kit?
@@ElevatedD I gave up on my jeep and got rid of it. Last time it leaked a whole bunch of water got in, it was winter time too. It’s sucks. I won’t buy another one. I tried adhesive back 3M rubber strips all the way around the door area, both sides. It still leaked. Sad to see it go but now I have a vehicle that stays dry inside.
It’s a joke the door and noise all that and now trey asking $95000 for new jeep with not much technology upgrade. They changed the electric windows finally and charging 50k more for that ! I have also Mercedes cost half of the price and can’t compare with the technology. I wish Mercedes makes off-road class for $95 000 so I can buy that car but I guess just G wagon and put off road tires 🛞 probably drives as good if not better then wrangler 🙊
FIAT=Fix It Again Tony. We bought a new 2017 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. So far no issues, however, I think one of the wheel bearings might be making a noise with just over 52,000 miles.
This is a simple fix. I don't know why FCA hasn't done this easy fix!!!
🙌🏽 finally a video with my problem!!
This is the best video make sense to fix the leak in my jeep wrangler ✌✌✌

Which gasket did you use?
I have the same issue on my 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I previously owned a 2016 Grand Cherokee and didn't have this problem.

I thought same. Just think somebody high up in their design room gets paid 6 figures to do shit
I totally agree, it’s pretty insane having this small of an issue with such an easy fix
What is the name of the weather strip you used?
Same question
He ain’t going to tell you. It’s “proprietary”. He wants to sell you a “kit” for $200.
Go to home depot and buy some weatherstripping
How can I purchase definitely want same trim you have
How can I do that? What can I do? This is my biggest problem pls help me anyone
I would buy this. Link doesn’t work?!

Mopar has redesigned their door gasket to fix this issue on jk
in the newer models ? I was wanting to buy one, but this scares me off.
I have the new door seals, might be improved, but not fixed
Thanks a lot,really appreciated.
Great job
Does this work for soft tops? You would need 2 cuts to remove the top... I'm assuming water would leak in this case?

Get “D profile” weatherproof seals adhesive at Home Depot or Lowe’s 🤙🏻
would you just put that stuff in same place @J V
