Meditation of the day: Dearest Holy Mother, Most Holy Mary, you undo the knots that suffocate your children, extend your merciful hands to me. I entrust to You today these knots....and all the negative consequences that it provokes in my life. I give you these knots that torments me and makes me unhappy and so impedes me from uniting myself to You and Your Son Jesus, my Savior. I run to You, Mary, Undoer of Knots because I trust you and I know that you never despise a sinning child who comes to ask you for help. I believe that you can undo these knots because Jesus grants you everything. I believe that you want to undo these knots because you are my Mother. I believe that You will do this because you love me with eternal love. Thank you, Dear Mother. Mary, Undoer of Knots, pray for me. The one who seeks grace, finds it in Mary's hands.

God rest her soul..use to say.."a novena without faith are simply beautiful words on paper" (obviously this was said way before UA-cam) she use to pray the Rosary with me as a young girl and connected me to God... today he connects me to her!!! prayers are very powerful.. god bless you.. ciao

The theology of the devotion actually goes back to the second century. Saint Irenaeus wrote that, “The knot of Eve’s disobedience was untied by the obedience of Mary; what the virgin Eve bound by her unbelief, the Virgin Mary loosened by her faith.” Mary’s faith unties the knot of sin!

this is very nice, since I can't seem to pray, at this time, I can listen to it. Any chance you might add soft music to the backround, or a suggestion of a cd I can buy and play in the back round. Prayer has become impossible lately and I need all the help I can get, and I find some music in the back round helps alot.
Thanks Tony, I know only too well how difficult prayer can be at times, I often find myself walking in circles around the Chapel praying the Rosary because my spirit will not let me sit in peace. However Prayer is a discipline (a word not much used these days) and I believe that the Rosary sometimes becomes dry. tedious, burdensome, and seemingly futile because in that particular Rosary you have been brought closer to Jesus and you are accompanying Him in His Passion. I believe that it is the dry, monotonous, torturers Rosary that most opens you and those you pray for to the Ocean of Mercy that poured upon the earth from the bitter, dry, cruel, wooden, Cross. Hang in there! Mary like any good Mother always gives Her children a little treat when She sees them down or despondent. I cant put music on the Novena prayers but there is music on the simple Rosary on the website and you can go to the download section to get it. Then might I suggest you put it on your phone and go for a walk when praying the Rosary it really helps. I will pray for you on my Rosary today that Mary our Mother will arrange a little treat for you to give you a lift.
