That said, the sequel ought to be much bleak; Momo learned that the war between humans and vampires had ended thanks to some Frankenstein Monster-esque vampire mutant eradicated every single human and vampire from the face of the earth but spared the community she built in Fine's memory in order for last humans and vampires starting over...
Or alternatively, humans and vampires opened up pandora's box sooner and gave rise to that abomination. Yet because it was used to be someone Momo used to know, the creature spared her and Fine from destruction it brought upon the world...
The story is really good, no open ends, does it leave you wanting for more? Yes, but I think thats mostly because of the SPOILER STOP READING sad ending and Fines Death, I think if they had a happy end we would have been fine with the 5 episodes, but like many authors the people from VitG wanted to leave a lasting impression on the viewer by hurting us, I hate it when writters do this, I just want my happy ends p.p
Really enjoyed the show. Do I wish they’re more than 5 episodes? Sure. But if that’s the story they wanted to tell, I’m happy with it
