Not necessarily. It depends on what type of model you are. Some high fashion male models are really skinny with no muscle definition, but generally male models should be athletic

I'm over 40, watching these vids to redefine my look and necessarily for modelling. Thanks for the tips throughout, just wondering if you have more in-depth tips and practices for different gender skin and hair types. Personally for me, my hair and skin suffers from using off-the-shelf products that's not necessarily for my genetic skin/hair type. With exercise, age and metabolism is likely key...not sure. low Body fat percentage whilst achieving lean muscle is incredibly challenging thus far. Once again thank you. Cheers, Lionel
