greetings jorn, remi, and hopefully stig the quiet !!! , had some great fun playing on tour with you guys in "99"... jorn was so proud of his blue spandex tights, and stig was always being sick from beer it seemed, and remi...the camera was busted, but the film developed just fine. the shirts still fit and are stored proudly in my tour treasure chest. so keep playing guys, and yes ...i have a fish on my back !!! ...all the best ...NIC aka BOB FAIRWAY !!!
@Skeletonhands12 (shrug) to me they are so similar i don't bother differentiating. I gave up after 2 dorks had a fist fight in my town over whether dimmu borgir was black metal or death metal. Imho, they'd be black because or topic or content. Each to his own and best if we don't givve 2 fucks what someone else labels something. Good music, period.
@mikenoxaura Yes but Dimmu Borgir is Symphonic Black metal and Death Metal aren't similar at all...Black metal is satanic,has high-pitched shrieks wear's Satanic imagery and doesn't use much bass and doesn't use solos,Death metal uses low-guttural vocals known as Death growls,is brutal,isn't satanic and has no dress code and uses Solos and tons of bass all the time.But i do agree Black Metal and Death metal all pwn the shit.
