How do you know what "God's promise" is? Only by reading what it is reported to be in ancient books, written by profoundly ignorant men, that have been translated several times, edited, redacted and added to in the interim and still need "interpreting". Wake up and use the brain that you have, which presumably you think is God given!
I was living in darkness I saw a light last September which is Jesus and now I living in light full of happiness and peace....Be with Jesus always while inhaling and exhaling breath as we don't know when will be our last breath

Elijah Young, I Know right! Most people will say God is good when things are going good for them. Let hard times hit👊. It's why me God 😭. The nature of people, huh 👍.
I think this happens when we take for granted the things we usually have. The simplest things like being able to walk, jump, eat we feel sometimes we're entitled to those things. So its a great practice to be thankful to Him for everything.
Here's another will we get closer to him when our blessings get bigger exactly like the dark moments?

I've been trusting God lately to carry me through life. I don't need any control over it because I know that He will motivate me to do anything according to His will. He helps inspire my dreams. And my main dream really is worldy. I just want to be free and explore. Like an explorer or geologist. But God has made it clear that I can do all that on the New Earth.
I've tried being in control before, and it only leads to stress and sadness. I apologized to God and made it a point to let Him be my guide. And everything is falling into place.

Close your eyes, cross your arms, and fall back. If you are a true TRUE believer. Jesus will catch You. You will not be harmed. This is how I proved to myself that the Bible is the True Word of GOD. If it does not work it means your faith is not strong.

I thought the exact same thing, especially with the calling a friend to go out and get drunk... this video represents the typical mainstream “Christian” who’s not really saved and has been born again by the Spirit of God, but views God as someone who doesn’t command men to repent of their wickedness, but just wants to make everyone happy no matter who they are. This video portrays a damnable view of our holy God
I noticed people in the comments who have the same mindset. I saw one comment where someone was saying how they keep trying and trying to do right but they keep doing wrong and can’t help it and they’re trying to please God...well Romans 8:8 So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God. They aren’t even saved so of course they can’t get victory over their sin because they aren’t regenerate and still spiritually dead. I feel so bad for the very deceived false converts here
