No... In fact I would say It got better from new update like 45fps is the average, lowest is 35 and highest highest is 59 but recently I found that we won't getting any playable frame after global launch In TDM frame drop way to much cause of player lobby but as you can see BR are fully filled with bots so yeah there is not so much frame drops

@@TheTuanCui the basic thing I did is I mirror the screen by connecting into usb c which you can find the app/software like anymiro but I used the elgato software and for that you need to have elgato capture card itself

don't worry eventually it will be optimised, Android platform is way to vast for any developers to optimise any game or app so yeah it will take time and till SD 845 this game will gonna get playable frame rate and Graphic as they claimed
