White rolled so well that his opponent was behind almost from the start on both games. Skill cannot overcome luck.

    Thanks for sharing.
Line's play of 7/2*(2) with her roll of 3-3 immediately after Toon turned the cube in Game #2 was a huge blunder. -0.240 equity over the best play of 13/4 13/10, according to Extreme Gammon.

I am an amateur and all I do is lose haha however even I could see that she should hit with her 3 5 and she never have doubled let alone accept his double when he gave her back the cube . Ouch atrocious plays

I thought she was a better player but he just had better luck. Did anybody else think that?

I’m definitely sure she doesn't know how to play backgammon. My nephew(he is 10 years old) could play 10 times better than her

Omg, chess players are quicker than you

      That normal my man
But you should imagine if you play that chess game with a time control of “classical” type (slow chess type)

      In backgammon:
Time control is >> 2 minutes per point and 12 second delay
Like when you play 5 point match, that will be 10 minutes (2m/pt x 5) and 12 second delay

Remember this game are mixing with luck and strategy so when you roll how many pip, you should think tougher than chess
Just 1 move wrong, you could lead to lose 1 simple game
