- Former Victorian Liberal Party president Michael Kroger says the “conspiracy” of a looming divide between Prime Minister Anthony Albanese, Treasurer Jim Chalmers and the Labor Party is more comparable to a “stuff up”.
“I think it’s more of a stuff up than a conspiracy,” Mr Kroger told Sky News host Andrew Bolt.
“You’ve got Chalmers there waffling on, Albo waffling on about whether this work was commissioned or not - why is this such a secret?
“Is anyone running the treasury or do these guys just sit around filling in the day with fantasies?
