Trent baalke is the biggest problem I agree the jaguars need football guys EVP or a real football gm but this is Trent’s team. Khan has not had his handprint on this team at all. Reminds me of Snyder without all the baggage!

Perpetual rebuild franchise. Trents FA and draft picks are poor but his biggest failure has been the failure to put a competent O line around Trev during his rookie contract, only gets harder after you pay the qb

I honestly have no idea why we ever got rid of our DC instead of our OC in the first place, we were looking really good till injuries plagued us, and Josh Allen hadn’t done anything being moved from olb to edge I don’t understand that. Mr. Khan do some coke or something we need you to wake up bud. No way we should be this awful. Going into the season I was really only worried about the OL and they are the only ones that have actually been pretty decent smh…
I think even if we go 1-7 then coaches get fired and then blow everything up. Doug has won 7/9 games in the back end of 2022 after a 2-6 start. Can't really see it happening again but we have been in 4 one score games this season.
Why not take 'a punt' on Louis Rees Zammit, elevate him from the practice squad and give him some snaps at WR. He doesn't drop the ball and is instinctively good a beating players 1 on 1 in open space. Nothing to lose.
I think we need to just wait until free agency and then hit it harder than reality hit us this season

Riddle me this, Batman. If Press Taylor is doing a FINE job like Doug says...why did Doug take over play calling in the fourth quarter during the Indy game? Doug KNOWS he panics in crunch time, that's why. Can we stop with the nonsense...please. As far as I am concerned...we only have a few guys on this team that are better than "just a guy"....the REST of them? they can ALL go...the reality is they are just NOT that good....or just don't play up to their capabilites.
If you know anything about psychology, the problem is obvious: most of the team resents the TREverbank nonsense from a couple weeks ago. Lawrence has not even shown any sign of deserving his big contract, much less making the rest of the team play in a building nicknamed after him. Perhaps the dumbest move in franchise history.
I know plenty about psychology and I disagree. I think the players are in the middle of a tug of war between Trent and Doug that will hopefully see both fired.
