This is a rig we built for Swig & Swine. We can replicate this unit for any customer as well as make other units that accommodate you.
This unit features...
- 3ft x 10ft Smoking cabinet with 2 inches of ceramic insulation, and multi removable racks (1000lb meat capacity)
- 1 Fire box
-A 3ft x 5ft traditional pit (large hog, or 30 brisket)
- 3ft x 10ft Stainless steel foldable prep surface with storage underneath
- Functional brakes, taillights, and a 7 pin harness
- The deck is made from expanded metal mesh
- Body is built with 14gauge double walled steel
