The West Quayside Marina project, built using Creagh's Rapidres fast track build system, is planned for completion in 90 weeks, with each of the 4 larger blocks taking on average 20 weeks to install. The building looks well and sits right on the water front overlooking the twin sails bridge.
Rapidres is a bespoke product for precast modular construction, with each unit type custom designed and manufactured to fit the project specifications. It delivers robust traditional style construction with the advantage of a fast installation programme.
