    We also use nowadays biaa (aao) counterpart in urdu instead bezaar counterpart. ❣️ How similar is our thinking

    The difference between bezaar and bia is a lot like:
    - let us xy
    - come on let's xy
    The first has more formality to it but sometimes that formality is warranted.

    Salam majid! Im learning farsi right now because my mom is persian, but sadly i grew up without my mom teaching me farsi so i have to learn by myself now. Ur channel helps!! Mamnoon for ur videos. I just wanted to ask u a question. If i pronounce a persian word a bit wrong even though i know how to pronounce it the right way (for example mikharam) could i say „cheraa mikharam miram“ Like „why do i say „Mikhaaram“ instead of „Mikharam“?

    • @PersianLearning
      @PersianLearning  3 роки тому

      Best of luck for you in learning Persian. Two points:
      1. cheraa mikharam miram, is a wrong question grammatically , it means: I buy go.
      2. You questions in concerned with the difference of the two vowel: /æ/ and /ɑː/ , I write only one /a/ in my persian transliteration for /æ/ , and /aa/ for /ɑː/. As you know these two vowels are different, it is like pronouncing the word March in English as /mærtʃ/ , it is understandable, but weird.
      I give you one example in which the differnece between these two vowels makes a difference in meaning:
      baad: /bɑːd/ wind
      bad: /bæd/ bad
