1000ft elevation in 5 miles that’s a tough run mate 💪 love that video, there is definitely something when you are at a level where you can move pretty much effortless through a magical forest for a few miles and all you do is breath in the scenery, vibe, atmosphere, magic?. I’ve just started to experience it and it’s something you can’t go and buy or know how it feels until you do it. One day I won’t be able to do it so for now I’m going to take my fill and then some, considering it costs nothing 😎👍 Great video John. 👍
You are correct, when you can just almost become one with nature, having fun with the trail, you can really feel like humans should feel....free from all worries in the world.
Very Nice video. May I know what kind of shoes you use. I am obese and recently started to run so just want to know which shoes are good for overweight beginner runner. Currently I am doing 5k slow jog and walk for the past 46 days continuously without break. Right now I can run for 4K without break.
I run is many shoes, but here is a playlist of my reviews, Mizuno Wave inspire is one of my favorites ..ua-cam.com/play/PLWrXZe2hpXx8aVht6FkKPlUdXcFoUS1aw.html
Its in the same park as the race, there is 30 plus miles of trails of all types, you can make your training run different everytime! 😀 This video is about 5 or 6 miles from where the 24 hour race is by trail.
🙌💯
Thanks Ace!! Welcome to the Motivation Theory family!
nice video. I’m running my first marathon and vlogging my progress. I’m always looking for inspiration in other running videos. Cheers!
Thanks! Best of luck in the process!!!

Us this one of the places you've ran races or do you use it just for training? It's a very nice park.
