What makes Taliyah strong is the 7 scd cd q instead of 8, so free prio. Not the damage. I can't play her jg anymore, jg clear is not smooth after 2 nerf and i have to do 2 mana item.. like no joke, low elo when you have to fix waves all the time your are always out of mana even on jg without fighting enemies

What are the possible solutions for challengers to play without low elo?

To have 10 man Chall lobbies only? (theyre perma queueing up so not having enough players is a lie) + even if challs arent available, atleast get high gm players in there, not bob low 1 lp master players
