As a singular person grill it is good value and it rolls up quite small so that's a plus. It's a bugger watching you eat the lamb Dan while I wait for my breakfast to cook Bushyboy Oz.
This seems like very high maintenance for such a tiny thing, but those lamb kebabs looked absolutely delicious.. Grab a long bread roll next time and slide that beauty inbetween and enjoy 🤤
You either forgot to add the advert or youtube removed it instead of adding one for once. Product looks good. Nice little raised fire pit / grill. Not bad weight or price for what it is too
I am amazed at the thinking that produces so much variety in equipment! This metal fabric works well with a light frame and just enough support. Many bush crafters are turning to smaller fires and smaller grills and stoves. They save weight and store compactly. They make the best use of what wood there might be at hand. Add a windscreen.
I found this to be very interesting. I've never seen a grill with a hammock like that to hold off of the ground. Pretty neat concept to reduce the footprint. Thanks for testing out the grill and sharing with us mate.
Yeah, it came out in Korea a couple of years ago, and ppl have copied it from there, actually it's an improvement as I see here. But that is where it originated from 😁
Always good to see different grills. Don't need to spend a fortune on good cooking gear. May not last years but good value. Looked flimsy at first but held up well with weight of water.
It's more like a portable BBQ. It would also do as a small fire to cook your tea, make a coffee and sit there watching it for an hour while the sun goes down.
Great vid Dan found your channel last week and I've nearly watched all your videos and they're great. I'm not sold on this grill the only selling point IMO is the low weight. I would chose the folding stainless steel Chinese fire box rip off as it does the same thing but only £14 on ebay. The video you did on that Chinese stove with the draw bridge style door is how I found your channel. I plan to get out into the woods tomorrow with the wife. Got our juicy steaks ready!
This looks like it's meant for charcoal, wood you can just place on the ground and put a grill over, plenty of those kinds of products out there. A stove meant for wood is usually high and has closed sides to make the combustion more efficient. Charcoal needs a mesh for ventilation and a way to get rid of ash from below. You still need to carry the charcoal there, but this grill saves space on the way back.
I have a pop up fire pit , i have both sizes , the smaller i take camping , the larger stays in my garden , thay both pack down nice n small an dont damage the ground :)
There’s a chap who made a fire bowl that’s collapsable who has a channel called Cimbrer Bushcraft. It’s a Viking style channel but he made a fire bowl that is now for sale.
Looks ok to me Dan but guess the fire box and other twig stoves/grills all do much the same job cooks food with that Smokey taste. All the best pal 👍🏻🏴👍🏻🏴👍🏻🏴
Hmmm🤔 I wonder if you set it all up on top of a regular ground based fire then the flexible mesh section would most likely prevent flare ups from the dripping fat burning what ur cooking.👍👍
Thank you friend !! I've been packing up the back of my new truck with Emergency gear, Warm Clothing, Blankets, nonperishable foods, can opener, Water, first aid kit, fire extinguishers, and some Survival gear, tent ect. . But Really Needed an Emergency Cooker such as this. If you or anyone else can suggest something you think might be better, please let me know. God FORBID I have a Vehicle breakdown, with my severely handicapped child in the vehicle, I NEED TO BE PREPARED 150%. I'm good with batteries for Lighting and Back up Charging apparatuses, but if Anyone can think of some other EMERGENCY ITEMS THAT WOULD BE HELPFUL, PLEASE LET ME KNOW, THANKS IN ADVANCE 😁 I Thoroughly Enjoy your Channel . Thank you dear 🙏👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍💛💙💛💙💛💙💛💙💛💙💛💙💛💙💛💙💛💙
Not sure if I'm looking at the right one, but it seems to have gone upto £72. I will look again from your links. I found it haha, though 1 review not good. But I thought it looked OK on here, difference of opinion and I guess it depends what you're after. Nice video though buddy 👌
Hey Dan I wanted to let you know. I had left a comment on the video camping at gadding dam and I got a reply that said it was you but it was a bunch of numbers like a phone number that said it was what's app and the message was : send a direct message to the number above for further enlightenment. That don't even sound like something you would say. But I figured you might want to know what happened. Dwayne
I'm sorry it was bivy bag camping in an urban location. I commented on the video and wished you a happy birthday and both comments got a reply from someone using what's app wanting me to send a message to the number that came up for further enlightenment
Thankyou for watching link below as I said about the firepit

Another cracking video Dan kebabs look lovely
Watching you eat those kebabs reminded me of those old flake adverts !!!
Looks a cool little stove for the money, and those kebabs looked amazing.. I like those kind
It looks like if the fire ever burned through the screen you would still have an ultralight grill. I like it.
That's a great point I never thought about that.
As a singular person grill it is good value and it rolls up quite small so that's a plus. It's a bugger watching you eat the lamb Dan while I wait for my breakfast to cook Bushyboy Oz.
Thank you Mr Dan for a great way to start my weekend off

Thanks Dan for sharing your video on the campin grill , it is just the right size grill for campin thanks Dan for a great video 👍
I agree with you that it isn’t big enough to use as a fire pit unless you just want a small fire. Looked to work well as a grill though. Great video.
Thank you for your review Dan kebabs look good
Very interesting concept thanks for sharing great video as usual 👍 😀 🙂 👌
1st for me, nice video mate. Nice for a fire pit, light too.
Nice one buddy 👍
🥇 congratulations
keep them coming lad.

Looks ok and cheap , kebabs look yummy

If I wanted to Barbecue Items , I would use a Proper Grill over a Fire , Have a Great weekend Mate .
That's interesting, I think I could use that it's not a lot to carry & not a bad price either, so thanks for the video
We’ve had those kebabs before. Lovely 👍🏼
There’s a chap who made a fire bowl that’s collapsable who has a channel called Cimbrer Bushcraft. It’s a Viking style channel but he made a fire bowl that is now for sale.
Interesting bit of kit. The grill could do with being a bit higher over the fire but that’s just me. Thanks for the review, stay safe atb 👍🦊

Can you please do some more Tent 🏕 camping on the rain 🌧 videos.
Good morning Williams soon as it rain I will be out
@@englishwoodsman love ur vids keep it up 👍
Awesome review, I don't like like the grill, but them lamb kebabs looked nice. Thanks for the video and stay safe.
They kebabs look class mate. Are you ever doing another camp in scotland ?
Nice little thing. May just get one to go alongside my BBQ who doesn't like a wood fire?
Hmmm🤔 I wonder if you set it all up on top of a regular ground based fire then the flexible mesh section would most likely prevent flare ups from the dripping fat burning what ur cooking.👍👍
Hi Dan , The " grill " Is not My Sort of thing , I would just use a Pan on my stove . 👍
I think camping grill sounds right . How big would a product have to be to call it a fire pit. Plus does the shape matter.
Interesting but I looked a bit of a pain to me. I would prefer a simple folding grill to place over my fire.
Ohhh no that looks way to flimsy for my liking but still a great video
Have a great bank holiday weekend 💕

FLEXTAILGEAR 2 in 1 Foldable Camping Fire Pit Grill, Lightweight Collapsible Grill, Folding 304 Stainless Steel Campfire Pit for Picnic, Outdoor Portable BBQ - Small Size amzn.eu/d/eKrY0xt
What's the material? It doesn't burn through interesting
Dan, is it a one hit wonder or will it stand the test of time ?
It’s different. I don’t think I would get one. It looks wobbly
I'm thinking: 'minimalist.' As Dan observes, it does the job...where the job is boiling water for rehydrating meals or for doing small kebabs for one.
@@jamesellsworth9673 your right. But myself I’d rather a small twig stove. I think it would be more efficient.
29th 👌😎😎😎
2nd
Can't wait 😁 🔥
🥈 congratulations
I didn't get the ad 2hen you said it would be Dan YT are screwing with you again. Looks alright that, bit dear, but you know I'm a tight get....lol 😉.
