  • 1. Set the cable height up so it lines up in a straight line and the hand and elbow bent at 90 degrees.
    2. Keep the wrist tight and focus on rotating out at the elbow joint, making sure the shoulder doesn't roll forward.
    3. Control back to starting position, keeping a proud chest and not letting the shoulde roll.

    Is this a good workout for rear delts if you are training for hypertrophy?

      It can help but any form of row and a machine or cable rear delt fly are better options!
