Sir i have a question for BT(F1) ACCA exam that are we supposed to learn the writers names such as beblin,LEvitt,maslow and many more? please reply as soon as possible because my exam is in this month

Yes, you have to memorize writer names and their theories as well, because in exam the examiner can give you a fact and ask from which or whose theory it is.
