- Hey Guys this week i will do a drumming vlog, to you guys the real life of a working drummer.
This Gig was for a large stud farm in Tipperary in Ireland. This was a fairly uneventful corporate gig, but good fun all the same. The Show was for 750 people in a big tent on the grounds of the stud farm, Ill show you guys the full day from leaving the house until the gig finished.

No full band gigs getting booked so my tama club jam is home with me, but at least I get to watch you play your🥁

@@BrendrumJones hopefully in a few weeks. Gasoline here, though likely still cheaper than the rate you pay, has gone up over $2.50 a gallon in the last year. That and inflation prices have skyrocketed. This has really slowed down how much people have been spending on live entertainment. So venues aren’t paying much. In north texas, much of the live music is “country”, so a lot of acoustic solo/duo acts are getting booked, but not much full band stuff unless you want to drum for $50 or less, and maybe some drinks.
I quit drinking last year when I went on a personal health journey, so getting paid with free drinks/exposure isn’t ideal for me🤣
I’m taking the time to practice and come back better than ever once things open back up. Thanks for all the inspiration! Loved the stretching video btw!
Yeah that free drink stuff doesn’t work for me either , can pay rent with free drinks 🍹. Yeah we’re at 2.20€ a litre but plenty of work with weddings and corporate stuff, but it’s been priced before inflation. I’m just going with it for now. Thanks for the kind words, great to know people are liking the videos.

How did you not hear of the biggest Stud Farm in Europe if not the world?
Hey, Honestly i didn't realise how much of a big deal it was until i got in there, it was huge. And the real reason we had to stop at 11.15 was to not disturb the horses, honest to god
