The lower half of Zooropa definitely needs to work as far as clearing the trail, packing in berms & jumps, etc. Once they get that new lower half dialed in I think it will be the best flow trail we have in Utah county. I did 7 or 8 laps on it a few nights ago and had so much fun.
I rode this last week. It's soooo much better! I don't understand people liking the old Zooropa... I can't wait for this version it to get packed in! On a side note, there is a new DH trail in Butterfield Canyon that is called Apex that you should review. It's not that big, I'd say it's as fun if not a little more fun than vertigo, but I like all the tight turns and hips in it. Rad new trail!
That looks awesome. For those of you who have ridden it, would this be a good trail to work on my jumping skills (which are minimal right now)? Unless I missed them, I didn't see any gaps, so it looked like everything is rollable if needed.
Yes it's perfect for that it's a progressive jump trail. You can go bigger by hitting the jump on the bigger side or smaller on the smaller side there are a few table tops but you can roll them if need be try not to roll the actual lip though at least hop off the lip.
Just rode that last night, such a good trail! Little loose in some spots still, my back wheel went into a rut I didn’t see half way up a takeoff and I about shit myself
I just got into Mountain Biking. And live in Eagle Mountain nearby. Is there a way to connect to a community of riders or page so I could meet people to ride with? Or know about meetups nearby?
This looks insanely fun. I’m headed out there in October to visit a buddy of mine that lives really close to these trails. I can’t wait to hit this!
U will like it. There may be another cool one nearby just opening around that time too.
Great video, great new trail which will only get better with time. Masterful rebuild.
Dusty did an awesome job!
Rode it the other day. It was super fun! Great update, perfect intermediate jump trail now.
Nice, Agreed 💯
Zooropa went from being a missed opportunity to possibly my fave up there. Now it's like a milder version of Regulator at DV. Both are awesome.
Dude same.
Yup!

Dustin is doing another sick trail on the Sensei side that will rival it.
Zooropa is so good now! It'll be amazing once it gets packed in!
Yes!
Man that looks a massive improvement even from last year's rebuild of the top!
It an amazing improvement!

Thanks, I'll have to check it out!
Looks sick! Can't wait to ride it
You will love it!
I liked old zooropa just fine. But I’m excited to try this one
My son feels similar to you. This one just rolls faster.

@@RideLabs Nice. Thanks for the response! I'm excited to check it out.

There are definitely some surprises on there

We have a great Facebook group called Mountain Bike Utah. Jump on there and see if there's another beginner or 2 who would go do a ride with you.
I had to open Spotify to verify my speakers weren't broken.
Weird song
That trail looks awesome. Looks like something Ethan Nell would build.
It's creative, but not big
What tires do you run?
Delium, Rugged. When the rear gets worn out I buy a new one for the front and move the front to the rear. They are awesome and very affordable.
How do I get to it though? How do I look for it?
It's right by the drop in to vertigo and levitate.
