No, you should enter it as 45. But be mindful of your description and interpretation of results.

@@ChekwubeMadichie thank you very much but I have one more question, I have 4 variables: GPD, Renewable energy consumption, Gross fixed capital formation and labor force. Then 3 variables except renewable energy consumption are in LCU which means local currency unit, and only renewable energy consumption is in percentage, so I can put renewable energy consumption just in number right not in percentage

because If I write it 45% like this the Eviews will automatically change it to 0.45, so no need to write 45% just 45 number right ?
