daniel講情緒病嗰段其實講得好啱，係有一個正確的認知。有負面情緒或抑鬱的時候叫人睇下啲窮苦國家或地方，然後叫人知足呢個行為其實是不對的，係間接鬧緊對方不知足感恩，而不是你認為的安撫或提供幫助給對方。而自己經常咁諗的時候其實也只是將個注意力轉移到別的地方，而不是正面處理緊自己的情緒，別人窮苦苦難是別人正在經歷的痛苦，而你不能將別人的痛苦合理地用在自己身上，一來你沒有正視別人的苦難，二來你也沒有正面面對自己的負面情緒。處理情緒，抑鬱的方法有很多，其中一樣不能做的就是將遠處別人的苦難當作自己的解藥。
說得非常好👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻患抑鬱症的人聽到別人勸要感恩知足，他們會更感難過。有時寧願只聆聽都不要說錯一些所謂的安慰說話

@@chhau123 daniel都講到個重點，亞洲人對於呢方面嘅認知係算遲。家長，甚至老師都也沒有這方面的正確認知，好多時佢哋自己都唔知點處理/提供幫助，往往就在這個情況下講出那些“睇下人哋”，“我哋以前點點點”的說話。好多時家長都有些情緒方面的問題，只是他們也很少尋求幫助。

片中和評論區 大家都講得好啱，嗰種不能自控嘅精神內耗，真係冇咩人明，好痛苦。如果唔係屋企有三隻貓要照顧，小弟我早就想..好難頂，日日都要笑面迎人 扮冇事，半夜都無緣無故 突然流淚，以前唔覺得係問題，唔重視。唔理解有啲朋友嘅情緒問題，直到自己都有…先發現原來對方都係死頂，原來係咁痛苦。
之前有位音樂朋友，平時笑容滿面，都屬於開心果類型。直到好幾年前 佢突然墮落個人好沉，第一次我都自以為是話咗佢幾句，「為你好之類嘅說話」，發現對方係反感嘅，第二次 過幾年再見佢 又再想佢好 囉嗦多口咗幾句，佢笑住 回應我 問我係咪恨鐵不成鋼。佢知道朋友都關心佢。第三次….冇第三次了…佢已經不在人世了💧。如果有機會 我一定唔會再畀壓力佢 大家開開心心飲酒。起碼過得舒服啲。直到自己都有心理問題 先發覺 其實佢已經好堅強了。真係好難頂 好痛苦。

當問呀祖唔開心感覺‘’你control 唔到㗎？‘’，答返：“真係冇得控制”。
（成段有解釋到depression 不是無用，當時人唔想，但搵人陪伴好難)。
唔好憎有抑鬱的人🙏🏻有時冇friend真係明，真係自己一個人，好難振作要時間。

我有2位有情緒病嘅朋友 一個入過院 一個長期食葯 跟這些朋友相處一定要有耐性地聆聽 亦不要試徒 一下子就可以挽救或改變他們 如真的想幫助他們首先不要標籤及要獲得信任 往後要有耐性地慢慢將他們帶回社會 是難的但大家努力
Absolutely true🥺 身邊也有情緒病朋友 真係需要額外嘅耐性 說話也要特別留意佢哋感受 coz it's very easy to trigger their reaction 😢
