Let me ask you a question I am considering moving up to Melbourne from Palm Beach County. I have a CPR first day training company and my main clients are small to mid-sized companies. Can you tell me what the market is like as far as business Parks or office complexes. Are there any good size business or industrial parks in melbourne.
First why are the homes so close together is there a land shortage? nothing better than hearing your neighbor cursing out his wife and kids.all you real-estate agents are all about the money never talk about the negatives like crime and homeless camps.never talk about money either like taxes insurance and income like how much income you need to live here.then you have the other agents that talk about the new developments like everyone can afford 400000 dollar homes.there aren't that many jobs outside of the medical field that pays good wages.
Negative Nancy over here. FYI no income tax in FL. And the houses, you call that being so close together???😂 also melbourne is 5 points below the national median for cost of living. Jeez, see, all that negative energy for nothing
