Hi,
As I was looking for a good tank bag, came across your video. The set up looks good, but you didn't show how easy is it access the fuel cap with the things in the bag, while refueling.
Ok so I missed that part. Let me try to tell you here. It's really easy.
You unlock the two clips on either the front or rear side and just swing the bag in opposite direction as if pivoting it on the remaining two clips. The bag is still held by velcro when you start to swing it.
