A complete series on immunology is on my bucket list, but it's a huge commitment to cover the subject well and in as much depth as it deserves. So unfortunately, realistically, I don't think I'll be getting to it for at least a few years.
As a footnote: Warfarin is the most commonly used VKA **in the US**. In other areas -Latin America and Spain, for example- acenocumarol is the one commonly used.
