I don't know, it just amazes me that voice of hers, it's unbelievable. It has to be remembered that the song was recorded in 1960 and released the year after and that this was Anita Lindblom's debut recording. She was twenty-three years old as she recorded it. Let that sink in for a moment. Twenty -three! And she spans a hole f-ing octave! A whole octave! And the tembre, the ambis! Jeeezus shit - what a performance! Never mind the complete mess the rest of her life was, she had one hell of a voice...

Hon hade den sexigaste rösten i Svensk musik någonsin. :)
Seemed like it was common for songwriters to sell the songs to different countries/markets. So like one for the nordic market, one for the English speaking market, German speaking, french etc often using the same person for the different markets just singing in other languages. A lot of people especially in the cultural world were polygots, which has kinda faded nowadays. Now that English is so international and the access to internet that doesn’t seem necessary anymore.
Anita Lindblom also sung this song in a movie in 1961 called "Vi fixar allt" (on the DVD release the title is changed to "Sån't är livet"). I don't no if the record was a follow up of the movie, or if the record came first and they built up a movie around it. The movie is about two males, who get the idea to make a song star out of a shy girl called Annika (Anita Lindblom). The succeed to bring her to the classic dance hall Nalen in Stockholm, but they have to push her out on the stage. She starts singing "Sån't är livet", but stops because she is so shaky. After a few more tries she notice that the audience like it very much, and then she bursts out in full with "Sån't är livet" and becomes a star.
