Will this tap reduce the water flow or will it remain as per now. My earlier Grohe (High Pressure) tap reduced the flow far too much.

Hi, this is advertised on most sites as a 'Pull Out' tap. Would you mind clarifying if it's a pop out flexible hose, or a pull-out hose which runs down through the tap? Many Thanks :)
