- chiken 65 dish is a very popular dish all over India. Not only in India it is very famous in other countries also, may be called with different names. chiken 65 is also a street food available in spicy and soft. it will also prepared at your home also very easily. more or less with the same preparation method we prepare chilli chiken, cazu chiken, and so on. But a little bit of process and one or two ingredants are differant. Chiken 65 will be prepared with raw boneless chiken. and it must be skinless chiken too. In the entire process of chiken 65 marination and freezing it sufficient time is very important. Use of lemon juice in the entire preparation of chiken 65 makes it so tasty and veniger gives thunder and softness to the dish. to stick the marinated ingrediants to the chiken we add an egg to the chiken and the chiken needs to be soaked into the egg. corn flour gives a crispy and crunchy experiance to the entire dish.
