I don't know who Francoeur is but this piece is very nice. The recording is very clear. Musicians are great. They complement each other like a fitting glove.
This (2nd mvmnt) is Arnold Trowell's forgery from 1924 not Francœur. And, the other movements are not by François but actually his brother Louis Francœur (for violin). Lots of misattributions for this piece. Look it up! There may more Trowell edits in the other movements....
