I enjoyed watching that mate, there's some lovely looking trails in the Yorkshire Dales, i know i would enjoy a ride like this, we will have to come on one of your loops one day, i know Jason would enjoy it really 🤣🤣 it's all about the laugh and we would be guaranteed them 😀 cracking video 👍
Thanks mate 😁 Ive a vid coming out soon from the dales which Jason would probably enjoy riding. As would all of you. If you like the look of it. I’ll show you all around. Location is harkerdide moor above reeth. And I’m sure it would be a good laugh as always I’ll let you no when I release it
Great video Andy, but you already knew I'd say that. Thing is, you probably also know that I wouldn't do these routes but your videos keep me watching from start to finish, because they are interesting to watch and your personality and commentary in them is a huge part of that. Looking forward to our next adventure mate 👍
What a great message. Thanks mate. Means a lot. Yeah you would be extremely bored on the rides I do. You’ve certainly opened my eyes to a different kind of riding. Which I’m looking forward to trying to having a crack at. See you on the 7th mate. Looking forward to it 👍
@@TrailFinder It says a lot that we only met for the second time on Sunday, on a ride which was just ridiculous really (although everyone has this weird desire to return 😂) and we all got on so damned well and despite the rain and trails which were just stupid beyond belief, we had a proper laugh. Tony is battered and bruised - he sent me photos of his swollen leg and hand, and crushed NoPro) but is dead keen to come out again with us all, despite you two being different coloured roses 😂. End of the day, we are all out for the social side as much as the riding, a huge part of this hobby/sport that we do. You can tell from this video that you and Jon had a cracking day and a proper laugh. Videos should tell a story, this one does as all of yours do. 7th November should be a good one 👍
That's been one of our favourite routes over the years. The Horse Head - Halton Gill descent must be one of the best in the Dales. Soak the brake pads in acetone and scuff the rotors with emery cloth to get rid of squeal. Great video.
Looked a great loop mate nice and fast. Think the Marys will be on for when we get out after Sunday 🤣 John does some fantastic battery mgmt. of his ebike, only way to get the most out of it, is too stay away from boost 😃 great video as always
Aaaah geez, the offroad is my death :D but it looks so awesome. I would probably do only the roads, even if I miss out on some views, but following here with you, absolutely gorgeous
Fantastic ride It's a great area over there for the natural blasts But I'm a bit deflated as we didn't get to see John's hand gesture and explosion sound effect at the end I look forward to that bit... finishes the video All in all a cracking video thank you for uploading and editing
Good stuff buddy!!! Your rides look very similar to what I ride in Pembrokeshire in West Wales but everything is way bigger where you ride. Keep up the great vids
Great video cheers, John's ebike looks amazing, I get more tempted to buy one every time I see them flying past me, still struggling on with me manual for now tho 😤😂
Did this today after a shed load of rain. The first climb wasn’t really rideable due to mud, the middle section was ace, especially the decent to The Crown. The last section kicked my ass - 3/4rs bog. All good for fitness thou and at least the waterfall was full!
Thanks mate. After having a go on johns bike. It’s confirmed it for me. I’ll never be getting an ebike. Just not for me at this time in my life. They are great machines though
Stunning Route Andy. Great vid Mate. 👍
Thanks mark. It’s one of those routes that’s great both ways
Another excellent video Andy, the noisy brakes added to the ambiance 😂👍
Thanks mark. Those brakes!! Nothing worse than brake squeal
I love these moorland rambling XC rides so look forward to trying this one. Thanks for the vid & .gpx
It’s good both ways. So 2 rides in 1

@@Stopadoodledoo I think your all a great bunch. So easy to get on with. And fun to be around. Many adventures to come mate

It’s a great descent. And thanks for the tips with the brakes
Cracking video. Keep em coming.
Thanks T B
Looks like a great route especially in that weather, super vid 👍
Cheers Rich 😂
Excellent stuff as always! Yorks, always delivers!
Cheers Adam. And yes it sure does

😂😂 think your right mate. Nobby nics no good for the riding we have planned. Was really surprised with how much battery John had left.

Great video again Andy. Hope brakes are awesome, I have the blue ones, they would really suit your bike.
Thanks mate. Glad you enjoyed

John reads the comments. This will make him laugh. I’ll make sure we do it from now on.

Same. But that’s just how I like it 😁
I love it how i know where you are and where u are going
Can’t wait to try the loop this way round, that last climb was a killer the other way round
We did some swearing on that final climb 🤣

Nice vid mate. Looks good that way round too. The first descent off Horse Head is waaay steeper than it looks on camera
It’s a ride that’s great both ways. Glad I tried it this way around. Didn’t look steep in this vid. But we both no it is don’t we mate 😛
@@TrailFinder 😂
fantastic route
Great vid. Get some Hope brakes though man 🤣
Thanks Gareth. There is nothing worse than the noise of brake squeal 😂
What is your set up on the fabulous ripmo buddy?
Hi enjoy watching your videos. What mount do you use for the Garmin please?
Thanks. It’s the k-edge Garmin stem cap mount
Nice vid, is it only a matter of time until you get an ebike? Every time I do a killer climb I promise myself one. 😔
