I was LITERALLY just so annoyed that i cleaned for hours on Saturday due to my husbands grandmother being in town and visiting our 15 month old. And today i looked around and my place is an utter disaster again. But as soon as i watched i was instantly relieved and it shifted my perspective. I really really appreciate your honesty and the kinship all of us moms have thanks to you.😘
lol my place is either perfectly clean or an utter disaster. There’s no inbetween. And it usually rotates between states throughout the day 😅

Having a routine is what makes the world go round, I’ve kept a schedule sorta like yours since my daughter was born. I’m home 24/7 with my daughter my husband works out of state 10 days at a time so cleaning as I go and incorporating my daughter into helping with stuff has helped us stay sane, my girl isn’t very verbal but is keeping a schedule and me talking to her she has learned a lot and repeatation is key! It gets stressful being alone with my toddler the majority of the time be so very thankful you have a great co parent, sometimes it feels like I do it all alone my husband doesn’t help much when he is home. I use to love those diapers until they changed the design and I swear the way they are made too I swear I could feel when she peed 1 time, so we went to the lil movers and I absolutely loooove them more than I did the snug and dry. It was bittersweet changing diapers bc we used them from the time my girl was born but the movers are so much better a lil more pricey but still.
Congrats on being able to start a schooling fund for Arrow, especially while she's so young! It can be hard to do that as a single parent.

Being a mom is SO HARD (plus all the things you are juggling!) and I think you shouldn’t even question if you can have a mental breakdown. Just like laughing, a good cry is good and important for you. HUGS 😊
Hey Brittany, we decided to do a 529 and UTMA since they have different benefits. We decided on an end amount we want in her accounts so we did the calculator to show how much we need to put in monthly and just split the deposits across both accounts. Also, important note, you have to actually invest the money in the UTMA account to earn interest. We lost a few months of interest due to me not clicking the invest button.

This made me feel so much better about my day, I always feel guilty like I’m not doing enough reading/playing/stimulating during the day but seeing you just going about cleaning and doing normal stuff makes me feel a bit better. I always feel so so guilty for even touching my phone when my 13 month old is awake, and I can tell she hates it.

What do you do with Riot when you go out/away? We have a mini schnauzer and we have to either get a dog sitter or he goes to family. It's a pain if we can't take him x
With renting, are you allowed to paint or wallpaper?...If so, you'll probably have to paint it back to white before you move out...so I'd go with the wall art stick-ons that can be removed...when I rented, you also had to fill in all the holes from hanging pictures...just some things to check on

Congrats to you on starting a schooling fund so early!! We’re doing a 529b, when I was studying to be a financial advisor a bunch of years ago, I remember that being the best for this situation. You can pretty much not do wrong either though, just slightly different taxes and such. Way to go mama ✨ ps I love these types of vlogs !

Duuude. I had a mental break in February when I had to find a new place to live for my children and myself in 20 day. I had to put in my notice for my apartment on the 10th and I didn't find a new place and sign the lease until the day 28. Yes I had 2 days left and I had a mental break and ended up in the er super embarrassed with uncontrollable anxiety and panic attacks 🙃

Honestly It’s so hard to clean with a toddler, my baby is 10 months old and I hardly find time to clean the house and it always gets piled up then I’ve to ask a helper/maid to come once a week. You give me so much inspiration in literally everything! You’re a rockstar x
Clean as you go helps a lot, my toddler bounces off the walls constantly she’s almost 2 and if I didn’t clean as we went it would all pile up. You literally just have to have designated areas for everything it helps a lot too.
@@brittneynicole6611 Yess I try to do that but the kitchen needs cleaning 24/7 and it gets so difficult to do that with him 🙈
@@HubaAkbar oh I know! My toddler has a touch of adhd and sometimes it gets very stressful but it’s so much more stressful to let stuff build up around me I start panicking. Cleaning early/late and during nap time helps too! We have specific places for stuff and over the last few months we have came a long way with learning to help clean. My girl isn’t very verbal yet but they don’t have to be to help clean and pickup make it fun of course wait til your little one can walk but start off by keeping stuff in the same general area hope this helps some 🥺

Do a sticker situation. It’ll be 1000x easier. I painted my sons room super simple geometric shapes and it was a nightmare trying to get lines straight etc.

I am a tax attorney and finical planner. Do the 529 plan for the tax benefits. If you feel like there is getting to be too much in the 529 then use an UTMA. The concern with the UTMA is when the child is no longer minor, they are the legal owner of the account and can use it for whatever they want. Alternatively you could use a Roth IRA or back door Roth IRA to save for her college, if it is over funded then you have it for your retirement.

Is it just me but I don't think it was a 'day in the life' at all, a lot of chit chatting, showing how you clean, and that's about it 🤔 It was rather an update what is happening in your life right now.
As I said above I was very disappointed and lately her videos seem like a lot of chit chat. Maybe she doesn't have time to put into it anymore. Loved the pregnancy videos but not so much these. I think if you don't change the content to make it more interesting you are going to lose people. One suggestion might be some follow up. We never heard about the Botox again probably bc it was a waste and in my opinion didn't work. Or about her bf maybe some cool dates they have been on. Idk... just disappointing 🥲
Idk I usually love your videos this one not so much. I wish you had talked more and when you did maybe you can talk about different things. I hope you realize how blessed you are in every way. I'm not sure you get this. I can only wish I was overwhelmed in your ways. Imagine if you had some big problems. Just be more aware that you are a minority. Your beautiful you have money to buy cool things whether it be clothes jewelry or toys, you have a great kid the only issue I would worry about is speech, and you and your mom have a relationship that most people dream of. Having a messy house and other things like that is nothing.
Sorry for the not so positive outlook. Again I usually like these more. Would like to have heard more about the wedding what it was like wo your kid, did you bring bf, that kind of thing, what you wore. The videos are very dry sometimes. Hopefully the next one won't be dry.
You have no idea what her real life is like and what she could be going through. Money doesn’t buy happiness love, I think you need to re think your thought process, and ask yourself why you think a stranger online deserves to be told they shouldn’t be overwhelmed.
An appliqué would be easier time and effort wise as compared to painting or wall paper. Plus if you ever moved easier to address later.
