- Union minister and senior BJP leader Nitin Gadkari on Thursday clarified reports that he has been offered the prime minister's post by the opposition party, saying he has no such ambition. Speaking at the India Today Conclave, Nitin Gadkari said, "When I was offered the post (by the opposition party), I asked them why do you want to make me the prime minister and why should I not be with the prime minister (Modi). So, it is not my ambition to become the prime minister."

His lust to cravings to become PM has meant he has been openly undermining not just Modi and cabinet, but BJP itself. His infrequent jibes make him look like a frustrated clown who had long outlived his utility and he is now a liability to BJP.,
If i was nitin gadkari i would have left the interview. He has shown extreme grace and patience in dealing with these two idiots. Goodness
