I use a GoPro in a waterproof case! I know some mers use other non GoPro branded cameras or even phones so just as long as you have case to keep it safe you can film!

how would you like to live in the ocean as a mermaid permanently?
As a freshwater Mer I would rather live in a lake or river, but I don't know if l would want to live there permanently! I have too many amazing things on land I'd want to come back to visit for!
@@mermaidminnow I have a mermaid tail that I sewed for myself years ago but have never gotten to take out and I’ve just found out that there’s a lake only 10 minutes from me and I’m thinking that since it’s colder in Ohio right now I’d finally have a chance to swim in private but the only thing is swimming in lakes kind of freaks me out 🤣 idk why, maybe I’m scared about it being dirty but do you have any tips to get over this? I really want to go
