Matt just listening to all his girls chatting away, like he's been in that position with them all his life; a fun family for sure.
Recipe for fruit pizza….make a sugar cookie dough or cheat and buy a roll of it from store. Press it out on pizza pan and bake it. Mix a block of soft cream cheese with a jar of marshmallow cream and some vanilla flavoring. Spread this on crust. Arrange slices fresh fruit such as strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, bananas, whatever you want. And that’s it. Yummy

I use sugar cookie dough too. I cheat and buy Pillsbury Sugar Cookie dough, lol. I use powdered sugar mixed in the cream cheese but I like your idea of using Marshmallows Fluff. I'm going to try that. It sounds yummy 😋😁
I had same comment, lol. I've never used the marshmallow cream, just cram cheese/powdered sugar I want to think, but that sounds delicious!
@@carolcolon2250 If I were you, I would scan the barcode on the cookie dough, I bet when you see the additives, you won'r buy it again, unless you are ok to consume them.
@@woodproshopus yes, you are correct, thank you. I know and am learning so many products are loaded with unnecessary/unhealthy additives. I used to use it but don't anymore. Trying to eat cleaner. I now use monk fruit sugar or allulose and less wheat flour too. I've been trying recipes with coconut, almond, and cassava flours. "Bobby Parrish" UA-camr is very informative.
I would watch paint dry with this family. ❤ them so much.

I live close to plant city Donna. We still get to enjoy bunches of Strawberries but the roadside shortcake stands are long gone.
Hello from Plant City ladies! I live not too far from Parksdale so I’ve had my fair share of strawberries lately. My freezer is stocked so I can make strawberry jalapeno jam and strawberry pizza. I do a graham cracker crust, sweetened cream cheese with sliced strawberries and glaze on top. Super yummy!

Well Katie, its been a real treat watching you girls work in the kitchen together. Not for nothing but I made chocolate chip, cream cheese dessert pizza. I also made brownie pizzas. Any kind of dessert can be made into a pizza. Thank you girls again for just being you. Love how you all work together.
Another variation might be, a brownie crust with strawberriy and banana slices as your fruit.
Killin me! Now I want to make fruit pizza! I haven’t made this for over 20 years! I used to add alll sorts of fruits, kiwi, orange, strawberries, etc. and lay it out symmetrically so it was colorful and each slice would get a bit of all of the fruits. Thank you Katie!

Saw a recipe yrs ago that I would always make for dessert. The key was to use a refrigerator cookie dough that you just put in the pan and baked then covered with lemon curd and top with fresh fruit like blueberries, strawberries

I used to make fruit pizza for my kids. I used a sugar cookie dough with the cream cheese and different fruits, topped it with warm orange marmalade, or strawberry jam. It looks really good Katie. Ira sounds so cute!! ❤🙏Patsy
We’ve been making fruit pizza for many years. My daughter found a great recipe about 20 years ago. It’s a family favorite.

I love strawberries so I most assuredly will try this. I’m not left handed but I’ll figure it out…I have a left handed daughter so I’m versed in reversing the process😉. Katie, you are changing right before our eyes becoming domesticated right beside your industrial skills. I love watching both you and Corie growing up into such beautiful young ladies mastering everything you choose to do. Glad Granny is home, feeling better and filling her place in the family. Looks Amazing.... If you take 1 block of cream cheese 1 small container of marshmallow fluff stir that together it makes a great fruit dip. 💜💜
That’s one of our favorite dip for strawberries. You can also stir in some caramel topping for a good apple dip.

Katie, I make fruit pizza all the time. I use a large package of sugar cookie dough for the crust though. Bake it for 10 minutes at 350 degrees and let it cool. Then I mix an 8 oz. Package of cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar together until it’s smooth. Spread over the crust and then put the fruit over it. I sprinkle coconut and chopped pecans over it and then add a glaze made from 2/3 cup sugar, 2 tbsp. Cornstarch, 1/4 tsp salt and 1 cup orange juice. Mix all that together, bring to a boil and boil for one minute. Let it cool and spread over pizza. It’s so good. I’ve made it with all kinds of fruit but my favorite is strawberries and kiwi. The only bad thing about making it is that you have to let it cool for several hours before eating it.😀. I loved hearing little Ira in the background.😀

this looks so good! we love fruit pizza in the summer.. lol! i agree with mixing cream cheese with marshmallow cream, too.. its so good! i thought about trying to melt marshmallows with butter and make my own marshmallow cream because the pre-made stuff is so super sweet.. lol!

Katie, I used to make fruit pizza and use strawberries and kiwi fruit on it. It had a shortbread like crust and cream cheese and powdered sugar spread with the fruit on the top. Delicious!

We like to bake together & they love strawberries so my little ones and I will definitely bake this. Even if strawberries aren't in season I can use frozen ones.
