Thats a really interesting event. In 100 draws you should get around 2 normal (2,5% chance) and 1 (1% chance) epic subscription. So more of less this is a really interesting event. But spending 1k diamonds is not cheap anyway.

As a gacha no turn base player i will tell you rates are pretty low. 2.5%x40pulls=100% so its 400 dia to be average rate, it can even cost over 800 and there's chances that you wont even get normal starlight card. so do it at your own risk. i rather go buy starlight card for 300 Instead of gambling lol.

You can't hoard SL cards. If you have more than one card, it'll only stack but it's automatically consumed once the new month rolls in.
