Lake Bled is obviously one of the most beautiful and tranquil places on earth, but we really enjoyed the city and people of Ljubljana also. I was there about three or four years ago. I have traveled through Austria, Germany, Hungary and the Czech Republic, but the most beautiful place I have ever been to was this. No contest. No matter how much I love our coast, this is the only place I was ever completely lost in. If I could paint heaven, I would choose Bled, unchanged. Greetings from Croatia.

I'm happy and proud to be Slovenian. Sadly I had to move to Canada when I was born I only went back to Slovenia once and that was during summer vacation.
The most beautiful lake in the entire fucking world. I spent a few days there fishing with a cheap, broken butterfly net, and caught about 60 fish! A little silly, but that was some of the most fun I've had in my 16 years... Hopefully, I'll be revisiting soon.
beautiful country :) Ive been on vacation in Slovenia 5 times and all times i visit lake Bled. Its one of the most beautiful places i know. Btw, if you are there you really have to visit the scokjanske jame (cave)...its amazing :) Dont forget to try the beer: Union or Lasko. I prefer Lasko. Also visit Velika Planina, great scenery. On the island in the middle of the Bled lake was once standing a temple of Zhiva (in Sanskrit known as "Shiva" - in slovene means "alive" or "life giver") It was very sacred place to ancient cultures. There is still some positive energy around the lake...
park hotel? I fI remember well, they do have TV. But thou will not get bored without it, too. Thou'll find there many activities, and as thou can see, it's a beautiful place.
I'm hoping to go here next May, really on edge because the hotels are nearly fully booked and I have to wait a few more days because Easyjet only goes up until March!!
I went there, and it truly amazed me, and in a way, it made me rich=D There were so many fish in it, all so close and yet JUST out of reach, so my friend agreed to give me 1 euro for EVERY FISH I CAUGHT. Since these things were smarter than dolphins and lines didn't work, I made a small rock enclosure. I threw bread in it, and as they went to feed, I came around with a net and blocked them, scooping them up as they tried to flee! I made 60 euros in 3 days, without even trying that hard xD...
If u want to spend your holiday at TV and computer then you better stay home. And have phone prepared to call for pizza delivery cause you dont want to go out.
Beautiful view although the churches in the video spoil it for me. It's a magnificent place and I was there in February, if only the God-forsaken churches weren't there it would look even more pristine.

I was there this summer and i even took diner at the restaurant right there it was very good
