Just wondering what the diver to guide ratio was like? 1 guide to 4 divers...or is it more divers to one guide?

I just returned from this boat. If you are looking for great dive guides and personal attention from the divemasters this is not the boat for you. The ratio was about 5 to 1. I will tell you we returned safe to and from all dive sites. It seemed all they did was smoke and look at their phones between dives. They were unengaged with the guests. The captain was somewhat hidden or busy. Very unfriendly and I had to ask to be introduced to the captain. This may be the culture who knows. The crew was never introduced and we had no idea who did what on the boat. I also noticed the crew drinking beer while underway. This was somewhat shocking to me and never should be allowed.
