I agree that TvR is better than HvV. While I think HvV had higher highs, this season was way more consistent. HvV’s quality dipped at the end. This season never stopped being great.
This season was a fun watch! Loved how chaotic it would get all the time, def one of the most unique seasons I’ve seen so far, great cast and characters!
It’s weird how highlighted Viola and Valeria are as a duo considering literally nothing ever comes of it. Caroline votes out Viola, Valeria swears a revenge quest, does not succeed, Valeria gets taken out by Raymond. There’s really nothing about it that ends up being important

How funny is it that tons of people have discovered and started australian survivor with these last two seasons, and have never watched any of the previous ones , myself included, which based on what I've heard go from Great at best, toterrible at worst-? Like, it's just funny to think of the amount of people who have only ever watched HvV and Titans VS Rebels without ever watching the rest
U neeed to go back tho and watch the previous seasons as while they are not as good they are still easily better then the recent survivor seasons other then maybe season 5 of au survivor reboot
I think blood vs water is the only genuinely bad Australian Survivor season of the bunch. People hate on all stars a lot but it definitely has some amazing moments and I think on any given day you can really enjoy parts of that season. And then every other season you can have a blast watching so I highly recommend going back to the beginning and watching
@@iambeanss I have very mixed feelings about BvW because I think Mark was a deserving winner (even though I now groan in his direction bc he's Sharn 2.0, trying to run for the conservative partyy here) but his wife was more deserving and got flamed for the crime of playing the game. I think Chrissy is an all time character, if terrible player, AND we got the queen. I can't hate that. Basically I feel the way you do about All Stars, about BvW haha
I’ve actually never been able to watch au survivor bloodvswater but I have heard some bad things about it, and all stars the non all stars players were the ones who ran the game. The only good thing about that season is we actually surprisingly got a good final 2 and winner
Indeed, Survivor AU has been delivering and most of my favorite players are from Survivor AU like David Genat of course, Shawn, Mark, Feras, Jericho, and Shane Gould to name a few… This season Titans vs Rebels is amazing. Even that episode when Aileen and Feras won challenge during the tribal council, it was epic! Kirby is such a strong character which we love, Raymond is such a beautiful crazy funny addition, and of course i love how Feras managed to play his game. He could have brought Kirby to the top 3 but i value his decision of letting himself vulnerable and survive on his own rather than going to the end with a shield in Kirby. That was indeed fearless. Congratulations on a beautiful all newbie season. I was crying many times this season.
I don’t get the Valeria hate, I never took her too seriously. I didn’t love her treatment at the Charles tribal but a lot of the rest of the season felt super old school survivor to me. I also find her arch with Caroline super satisfying and interesting
idk why feras didnt articulate his moves on switching the vote to eden preventing raymond blindside,helping raymond blindside valeria by putting on oscar worthy acting and reading people like a book to see their true intentions instead he called the kirby vote his biggest move
It’s possible to praise the AUS version without bashing the US one more than it already has been. Australian Survivor is awesome but the hate boner for the US survivor is getting real old.
I think they were trying to portray Feras and Raymond as villains in the edit, but they really weren’t. Maybe showing Raymond more would have made us like him more and let us know he is way more intelligent than we got showed
I shall watch this tomorrow after work, though pre-emptively I'm annoyed as it spoiled the winner for me about two weeks in advance in my country (I dont even know why the video got recommended to me, I've not looked at anything survivor AU on UA-cam and yet UA-cam decided to suggest this to me for no reason. Now that I'm done with the season I appreciate it but not before).

I absolutly loved the season, it was so fun, caroline has to be one of my favourite survivor players ever, I love when older survivors came to be a main character and not just be dragged along and be nice. This season was so fun and chaotic, I loved it. And I really hope Garrick comes back again, australia tends to bring back early outs, and he was so damn fun and hat potential being petty yet entertaining.

Honestly don’t like this season that much, all of the twists were pretty bad, Charles and Valeria were robbed hard, merge was way too early, lotta imbalanced editing. It’s not even just the non-elimination twists, the earn your vote that took Charles out, the safety without power merge reward that Val won, Ray’s advantage that is going to ensure we never have another unanimous vote ever again. The rock draw between Rihanna and Alex to swap tribes literally made the entire concept of votes irrelevant, it didn’t matter who got more, just that you got votes at all The season was so predictable near the end, Rihanna, Mark, and Raymond were so invisible I knew they never had a shot.
to be frank they never suggest a unanimous vote because of idol plays hence splitting the vote even when theres only one person at the bottom the players paranoia makes a player throw their votes another way to avoid getting idoled out
Yeah, if they were better balanced with puzzles and also substituted one of their non-elimination episodes with a reunion episode, it would be almost perfect.

Honestly, even the "bad" Aussie season still have gold in them. Some seasons that people say are the worst, I have really enjoyed.

It’s possible to praise the AUS version without bashing the US one more than it already has been. Australian Survivor is awesome but the hate boner for the US survivor is getting real old.

My one issue with Survivor AU is that the challenges are so physical; US feels a bit more fair. Otherwise AU is definitely better in most areas
