need more tech videos! everyone just keeps releasing guides on moves that you can just see in game or combos that aren't very effective or real because training mode kind of lacking
It sounds like common sense, but when you’re training in the lab, I always learn the combo/movement, and then I put Shaggy on medium fighter mode at a minimum to learn it in game
@@goodie2shoes874 Most combos arent true, which is pretty damn sad when some people have infinite true combos which should never be a thing no matter how hard they are to pull off
You should have mentioned wavedashing as well. The timing is a bit tight for me anyway but works similar to smash melee. The big difference is the ground doesn't cancel Ariel attacks and by wavedashing you don't have any end lag after the dodge. So you can do quick low air attacks and move along the ground quickly.
@@ACE112ACE112 no. You jump then dodge into the ground diagonally. If you do it quick enough you should stay low to the ground and slide forward. You can do any aerial attack after.
@@billaniii that is not at all the same thing. If you only jump you won't be moving very far forward. If you dodge into the ground you will slide forward and do your air attack. Wavedashing is more for speed and movement. Just depends on the situation.
BRO CAN YOU PLEASE MAKE A VIDEO OF HOW TO GET BACK TO THE STAGE LIKE EVERYTIME I GET KNOCK BACK HE JUST FALLS, IT WONT LET ME DASH OR JUMP I DON'T UNDERSTAND.
If you use jumps/dodges and don't touch the ground you won't get them back if you're hit offstage! Jake can also use n-air and the first u-air attack to stall his momentum and float back to the stage
I would just compare it to a regular jump and notice the difference of momentum. For dodge jumping, as long as you jump sometime during the dodge (the window is pretty big) you should retain the momentum. Fast fall jumps are a little more subtle but if you compare it to a regular aerial double jump you should notice a difference in speed
Yes, base movement speed goes up 4%. Which means all movement is 4% faster. I use it always on every character. Doesn't seem like it but 4% makes a huge difference.
Yeah, if you play wonder woman for example utilizing this movement tech and a bumper neutral light attack to create an approach option out of these dodge jumps with neutral air will level up your game so much. It's the only good option you have in some matchups so spam that shi. She need's every advantage she can get vs some characters.
Now that's what you meant that you can dash jump in the game... you gave me a spoiler hint for this video. Can't wait to get baited so hard as you turn on your racecar and as you zoom at me at Mach 5.
Yeah, definitely been a little demotivated to make Brawlhalla content (evidently). Sad times with many of the most beloved pros retiring and MultiVersus releasing. I love Brawlhalla to death though, so I have hope it'll bounce back and BMG will make necessary changes. Until then, MultiVersus has been really fun and refreshing 🙂

Advanced training covers dodge jumping pretty well if you ask me, but isn't aware of other forms of momentum.

Haven't watched you in a while you've grown soo much!
Nice vid, Multiversus needs more advanced videos, everyone is covering the simple basics
Great video! Had no idea about fast fall jumping - thank you
Finaly i found, a good video tô movimentation in multiversus, thanks Bro 1+ sub

so dodge into the ground after arial instead of fast fall?

@@Obad87 why dodge? i can do the same thing by just jumping, and attcking quickly after, and pressing down so i stay close the ground

more mvs content.... yey...
This video isn’t covering all the tech, just the basic stuff in the tutorial
This video is just meant to highlight the importance of dodge jumping and how OP it is, not cover all tech
how do i know if i’m doing it correctly?
I would just compare it to a regular jump and notice the difference of momentum. For dodge jumping, as long as you jump sometime during the dodge (the window is pretty big) you should retain the momentum.

I do like tech videos, but better cover the kinds of tech not covered (or isn't covered well) ingame by via advanced training.
Does speed force assist increase all movement speed?
I would assume so, I'm not actually sure though

do you use the bumpers and stuff for neutrals?
I play on keyboard and have dedicated keys for the neutral options 🙂 definitely worth assigning to a bumper or button that is free though

LOOOL exactly, dash jumping in the air is kinda OP tbh
video starts 0:58 guy takes forever
Am i The only one who plays offline multiversus?
Fight me, 1v1 three stock. Im a god finn main , do it you wont.
Im just built different
Key word finn
Voice quieter than music
I was waiting for the "3 training drills to master movement" video but I guess everybody’s moving from Brawlhalla. That’s sad

Basically a brawlhalla tutorial in multiversus LMAO
How is anyone in top 200 not using this? Must be playing top tier characters. Try playing reindog without knowing this.
THESE ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO DO WITH A KEYBOARD!!!
Have you figured it out? I personally find it easier to do on keyboard than on controller
Please turn down the intro music.
This didn’t age well cause of the changes lmao
fall jump tech still pretty useful
