At 18:57.. how is it actually working? I want to get rid of that stupid whistling sound, and cutting out the perforated part seems to be it. I'm trying to look for info on how to cut and what, and this is so far the closest I got... but can't really see inside because it's black. :D So how is that perforated pipe connected and is it possible to get it out without damaging the rest too much? Thanks.
No problems. I've recent turned what I called it in the video a "just a er500" into a track bike. I made a custom baffle which fits Inside to reduce the noise down.
