  • A quick video of a couple of CTA specialty sockets I haven't heard a CTA before so here's my take on a couple of other tools they seem to sell specialty stuff instead of just regular socket sets.
    Long Socket 2380
    BMW Spark Plug Socket 2376
    Toyota Belt Socket 2717 . .

i like that long socket. it would be great for a lot of import four cylinders. they have deep spark plug holes and using extensions suck. they always come apart down inside the cylinder head.

Tell you what - your channel is starting to become one of my alltime favorites. I too collect lots of vintage Makita, Skilsaw, DeWalt, Black and Decker Professional tools, etc. Keep it up man!
(Plus the harbor freight vids are really cool).

A few years ago my Dad on the phone asked me if i knew a Snap On guy that i could pick him up a spark plug socket. For his C4 Corvette and i did know my local guy I happened to be at my Buddies garage the next day and i asked him to snag me one the next time the truck rolled thru he walked over to hi box and pulled out his. And said here you go mail this one to your Dad in Florida my response was i dont want it for free my Dad will pay for it so he told me i dont know. What i paid. So the next time he comes by ill get the price and you can pay me. When i see you next I agreed to that a couple of weeks later i stoped by the shop and the mechanic freind said oh hey i got that price on the socket and i said good what do i owe you ? He told me 28 bucks for the one socket. We laufged over that one. And i paid him his money asking if it came. With more of the tools in his box jokingly of course my old man. I didnt have the heart to tell him the real price. So i told him to mail me 11 dollars as he was raised in the depression era and would have shit a brick knowing. One socket. Was that much Money all is fair i guess in life as i grew up using all the old mans tools any way Plus he has been gone for 7 years now and i inherited all his tools and 3 cars from his estate which ironically i liked his SK Wayne sockets and wrenches better than my USA. Craftsman sets as the SK. Ratchets are more comfortable in my hands ironically. I never came accross the Snap On sparkplug socket in his belongings ? But i do have one more toolbox in storage i have not gone thru i do find it very nostalgic to be using. His Beloved and wellmaintained tools that are mostly from the 50s and still complete
