It's 3am in South Africa and I was on UA-cam listening to "This Luv"... Searched for more songs coz it just got nostalgic...then this podcast popped up! I'm so happy! So good to see this incredible musical Icon still looking so fresh! Big up!🎉🎉🎉❤❤
These 2 interviewers might as well self interview theirselves they just wouldnt let D.Jones finish his question then they interject what a horrible interview ... Jones knew they're not cut for this but he was humble and never mind ...dude was interviewing Jones and at the same time fiddling with his phone what a way to disrespect a legend in the RnB game
Totally agree!!! They were irritating the hell out of me. The lady wouldn’t let him finish the question she would ask him by interrupting. The man kept talking as if he was getting interviewed. This was nothing more than just a general conversation among them two w/o Donell. Just horrible. Glad l love Donell other than not I will be subscribing to their channel. They were very annoying.
I always knew Donell Jones had an amazing voice, but I had nooo idea he was a great songwriter too. One of my fav episodes was when they had Theron on there talking about songwriting.
I think the interviewers should remember that they are interviewing. It should have been more about Donell. Other than that, I love Donell and wish the interview was better conducted.
@@ashantilovelace-jones3492: There y'all with women bullsh*t. The real person who was rudely interrupting the guest, was { Ray Daniel } . This attention male- whore🧔🏽 so called man- child, couldn't stop talking about himself and people he knew.🙄
No disrespect but your comment seems to me like you were born in early 2000s so unfortunately you wouldn't know what RnB is for real cos I do born in the 80s baby
R&B is Dead right now....All we can do is listen to the artists of the past because they were the best period!!!..from the 1960s all the way until about 2010 after that it died off....😢

Nice! If you know the Jones family you gotta love them, a family full of talent from the elders to the babies❤
A lot of people sleep on Donell’s first album. He had some bangers on that album.
I bought all of Donnel jones' albums when I was younger, classic stuff man

I went to high school with Donell Jones in Chicago he was a grade ahead of me Kennedy High School go Crusaders 💯

But Tank and Chris Brown released albums. Kehlani, Tori Kelly etc
Eh
@@strauqq1he lost in the sauce
What a horrible way to start an interview with a true talented musical legend… who are these two 🤦🏾♂️
This interview is hard to watch. The young lady continually cuts off Donell as he's speaking.
The dude wasn't no better fooling with his phone
Terrible … completely threw me off …🤦🏾♂️

I was wondering did he mean October London. Smh! They are awful with this interview.
I was gonna say, they don’t know about October London. Back to your place is a classic
That where I wannabe niggaaaa 😅 that shit was my life!!! Pretty sure every nigga say that.
Not yet
I don’t think there’s anything wrong with R&B right now.
Go listen to 70s--00s R&B and come back and comment.... it definitely doesn't stand up to those eras

@@SnowMan-qp7gc I’m born 89
